«ESCo-Concern» CJSC has decided to proceed hotel construction along Tigran Mets Avenue.

The plot is in Republic of Armenia, Yerevan city, 53/3 Tigran Mets Avenue on the cross with Glinka street.

The distance to central square of Republic is 1800 m. The total area of the plot is 3.100,0sq.m.

 Facade along Tigran Mets Avenue is 74,0m, and along Glinka street is 45,0m.

By its parameters the area is universal, i.e., quite suitable for construction of residential complex, business center, shopping mall.

However, in consequence of  made marketing researches and drafting relevant projections, company management has made decision to construct hotel complex on this area.

Thus, underground parking space, comfortable bars, restaurants, SPA centers, gym and also modern conference hall are planned to provide for granting necessary qualitative services in carrying out corresponding actions in high level. The brand stores are supposed to place in the hotel building.

The hotel building is designed by seventeen storeys, where the guest rooms are located from the sixth to seventeenth floor. The hotel has 213 rooms, from which 2 are suites, and one «presidential» on the last seventeenth floor.

Building total area – 12,816 sq.m.

Land total area owned by the company under the property right – 1240 sq.m.

At present, relevant divisions of «ESCo-Concern» CJSC are finalizing the design and estimate documentation, moreover, the architectural and designing task is agreed with the Municipality of the Capital.

At the same time the preparation works are carried out on the area for starting construction process. The total cost of the investment project, according to estimation of our experts is 18 million c.u.
