Cottage town and hotel complex in mountain ski resort town Tsakhkadzor

The plot area is one of the picturesque corners in Republic of Armenia – town Tsakhkadzor known throughout many years as mounting ski resort. The plot favorably distinguishes affinity from a rope-way - approximately  500м. The plot area location let  to receive  unique  panoramic views through every window of buildings practically at any orientation of buildings. Tsakhkadzor  (flower gorge) is located at distance  60 km. from capital of Armenia - Yerevan, and in 75 km from international airport "Zvartnots". Known from the middle of the last century a mounting ski resort with the developed infrastructure focused on productive leisure. The sports base, the Olympic  training centre for sportsmen are here. On a slope of mountain Tegenis  the three-level rope-way in length  5136 meters, height 1900-2940m above sea level. The rope-way gives ideal possibilities to make winter kinds of sports. On inter level  stops there are delivery points to rent sport equipments, and also cosy cafes and tea houses.  There is enough snow to make  skiing from December till April. The Chief Sport Complex of Armenia is located in the town. Here it is possible to make 35 kinds of sport trainings.  The closed modern heated in length 50m. pool was given for service in 2004 which corresponds to all International standards.
