Architectural designing

Architectural designing is one of the "young" and actively developing branches of our Company. The team of experienced and creative specialists-architects, designers and engineering designers make it possible for our Clients to reveal and realize their vision of ideal Home or optimally adopted business areas. Basic principals for us are functionality, comfort, maximum efficiency of design solutions, architectural construction aesthetics. Indisputable advantage of our Company remains fusion of conservatism of the experienced senior generation staff with innovation and experimentation of the younger. As a result, group decisions have combined harmoniously both centuries-old traditions of the Armenian architecture and modern trends.

Within relatively short period of work the architectural division of the Company issued a range of finished designs of buildings and complexes, a part of which are in the stage of  completing construction-and-assembling works. In the process of designing, whether be it design of apartment interior or high-rise block of flats design, we are in a permanent contact with the Client, apartment building correcting on a course of work the project for the fullest realization of primary idea of the Client, proceeding from its individual requirements. Last but not least is the fact that within the course of the working out of the design  each Client is provided with all necessary information relating to new technologies appearing at the construction market, that my be included in the design, save Clients’ time and funds.

Construction

Alongside with investing its own and attracted funds in the capital development, our Company also implements construction-and-assembling works. For this purpose a construction department was established in the Company several years ago. Our constructors have already realized several projects on their own, a number of construction projects is in the production process. Thanks to organized work of our engineering-technical staff as well as material and technical basis we managed to reach high culture of construction operations, putting forth the highest requirements for performed job.

The Company-run management mechanisms made it practically impossible to fail in meeting deadlines in the process of construction and, especially, in quality of carried out work.  In general, the strategy of the Company management in construction may be briefly expressed as follows: “We build each object as if it were our own house”. Our engineers constantly keep an eye open for the newest construction technologies and materials, introducing them into industry, and systematically raise the effectiveness of construction process and cost efficiency, which, naturally, has a positive impact on the cost value and duration of construction.
