Auctions are held by classical and Dutch ways. To register in auction you should submit an application accompanied with the following documents:
А) For individuals - passport
B) For legal entities - Letter of Attorney, passport and copy of state register certificate.
To confirm his/her participation, the participant must submit an application for participation, make a pre-payment at the amount of 5% from starting price (via cash or wire transfer) and get a certificate of participation (from the moment of public notification one hour prior to the opening).
